To promote and facilitate the youth and community with relevant skills creating sustainable livelihood and employment opportunities. To support its vision, the GEPYIH provides enabling opportunities and mentorship for youth progression, sustainability, and prosperity in an efficient and professional manner. The skills levels of youth and the community are raised; there is a healthy balance between supply and demand in the labor market; there are diverse, flexible routes available and systems for initial and in-service education and training; a variety of career paths is available; the quality of training provided is continuously improved; internal and external communication is effective in order to advance national human resource and skills development; create awareness through dialogue and interaction for collaboration with the community and stakeholders.
